Grove Park Inn Asheville, NC

One of my favorite day trips is only 1 hour and 20 minutes from my house. It makes the perfect quick getaway trip.

I have visited the Grove Park Inn so many times, but it never gets old. It was Built in 1913 and it is a magnificent historical attraction in Asheville, NC.

Christmas Trees 🎄

My favorite time of Year to visit is around Christmas 🎄 Time. The entire hotel is decorated with balls of jolly and garland, and tons of Christmas 🎄 Trees. Some of the trees are massive and they are elegantly decorated. If you want to be in aww and feel blissful, come spend the day here. Be prepared for a breathing experience.

Gingerbread Houses

If you love creativity then check out another blissful experience- Gingerbread Houses. This is for everyone, toddlers- senior citizens. You will want to walk around multiple times because there are so many Gingerbread Houses. You can’t help but to 😃 smile so big as you view each unique Gingerbread masterpiece- some from as far as Guatemala.

Blue Ridge Restaurant @ Grove Park Inn

I hope you are ready to feast on savory delicious southern cuisine. Mmmmmm is all I can say. The entire experience is wonderful and I loved the freshly brewed gourmet coffee after dinner.

I plan to take my adult children this week to make sweet memories. They can pass this beautiful experience on to their friends and family.
